Parents' home for families with hospitalized children - a place of security, closeness and community in challenging times.
In collaboration with Baustudio GmbH, we are supporting a major construction project for the Swiss Epilepsy Foundation, the Ronald McDonald Children's Foundation and the Zurich Children's Hospital. The building, designed by KLP Architekten AG, is intended to offer families a temporary home during their child's stay in hospital.
There will be 20 spacious rooms for parents, inviting common rooms and a large garden with a playground in the immediate vicinity of the children's hospital. The building will be complemented by an underground garage with ten parking spaces. Excavation work began at the end of 2024 and the shell of the building has been under construction since the beginning of 2025. The official handover to the client is scheduled for mid-2026.
